Our Airport
If you live or work in the western suburbs of Boston, you’ll love flying privately out of Hanscom Field. The private jet terminals are luxurious, parking is ample and free, there are seldom any air traffic control delays. Hanscom has a 7000-foot long main runway, big enough for a Boeing 757. Both ends of the runway are equipped with an instrument landing system (ILS), the safest and highest precision method of getting home in bad weather. Hanscom has an FAA control tower staffed with superb controllers who work from 7 am to 11 pm every day of the year. Hanscom is the ninth busiest airport in the Northeast, extremely popular with corporate jet travelers.
